This store is garbage! My husband went in to buy a Nintendo switch for Christmas and the cashier told him he’d get a better deal on Boxing Day. The system would include a game with it for the same price. So, my husband returned on December 26th, bought an additional controller and an additional game. The store clerk told him that inside he would find a game code for the Mario game that came with the bundle. Once he got it home, there was no code. He calls the store. The clerk assures him there should be one. Now he’s calling Nintendo. Nintendo has no idea what he’s talking about so now he’s back on the phone with EB games, only to be told to talk to the manager the next day. Mind you this is after spending $576 in this store! The manager (Rob) basically accused my husband of lying and told him that there is nothing he can do. My husband asked for the contact info for another manager. He gave him the customer service line and refused to give him the store number. He told him that if he wanted to find it to look on his receipt! This issue is still not resolved and it’s so frustrating! The store clerk should’ve just explained that they were sold out of the bundles instead of blatantly lying. And the store manager should be trained on how to treat customers. Wether it’s $5 or $500 people should be treated better!
