My wife made an appointment for our 3 children 18 16 and 12 Upon arrival I was ask the covid questions to which I replied no to all answers then the front door clerk insisted on taking my temp which I find irrelevant as I answered no. Then I waited in my car for my children to finish the ramq exams to find out that they wanna charge my 18yr old 200$ for an eye exam in which he refused. Then my 16 yr old called me asking to come in in which I wasn't asked or forced to take temp in which I proceeded to the eye examination room where my 16 yr old was waiting the the optometrist stated that your eye the ramq eye exam wasn't good enough that I needed to be charged extra to do another test to be sure to which I promptly refuse second exam at extra cost and asked for the results of the ramq exam which the optometrist refused to give me the results Then I walked in the the room with my 12 yr olds appointment and repeated what the other optometrist said and she was dumb found. I just got off the phone with ramq and they explained this is illegal. after i called Costco and ask for an appointment which will save my family over 300$ in eye exams
