Went to store to order some fs-01 stands. Rep told me she will get them delivered from other store. Over 1 week passed, no follow up (i gave them my phone #). I called back, got a really bad service from Roberto who basically told me that I am on my own. That made me contact the head office and made complaint to the customer service supervisor. It took the supervisor about 15 minutes to confirm availability and to process the expedited shipping to my place. Bose will finally give the speaker stand (value of 150$) to compensate my bad experience with the store. Great speaker, great service from Steve in Farmington but worse service from store in centre eaton montreal.
