Located in the lowest level of Trust Montreal, below Indigo. This place is the worst experience I've had with customer service, Ever. We went here to pick up our order, as we often order via app and pickup, only to find that not only the order wasnt ready but the chef behaved horribly upon approaching him to ask about our order. We were not served until the customers he clearly knew were, then he bluntly told us that we could not have what we ordered and thus got less than what was ordered. In the end he basically packed our food without handing us any bags to carry it and said this is what you get for the money you give. Note, we ordered via app and ordered agreeing to pay whatever price was given. There was no haggling here. He didnt even give us the chance to say that we can pay cash if he wants but just want a bag to carry the boxes. Anyways. So we ended up sitting in the food court to have the food, which was already ruined for us due to the chef's behavior. The chicken was dry, needed salt and the sauce tasted old and smelled. I usually love the cuisine and have had food from Boustan plenty a time. Anyway, my partner ended up throwing half his food away. Never going back there again and I do not recommend going there unleas you are ok with people behaving horribly with you and you dont mind smelly, old, dry food.
