Unless resolved!! My husband came and bought a walking cane. When he came home and we looked at it closely it was not what he wanted nor needed for his disability. My husband took the cane back to the store for a refund, and was denied!! What!?! Can you believe it?? It was not used and all tags were still on it and the sales receipt did not say it was non-refundable. HOW SAD!! We now have an expensive cane that we can not use!! I could not believe the bad customer service for a store that is supposedly there for handicapped persons!! I would advice everyone to NOT shop there from now on!! I believe Customer Service is #1 now a day and Sage Seniors Resources has FAILED!! Sincerely, Unsatisfied customer!!
