All I want to do is speak with someone from your Orillia store, but looking up the number on-line and dialing it has me listening to a long-winded message about on-line ordering, Geek Squad, etc. that goes on well over a minute. Then I have to call a 1-888 # and hear another long-winded message. When I eventually spoke with a pleasant lady, see advised that I can't actually speak with anyone at the store. Why not???? Please, answer the phone!

Had trouble contacting a representative from the store. The store is not answering the phone but sending it straight to online choices. Try calling the store yourself to see how much fun it is to try to contact someone there. Luckily a representative called me to confirm my order had been mistakingly shipped to the store and not my home. I was then informed they couldn’t answer their line because of Covid. Guess a receptionist with sanitizer is too complicated. Cheers. Grrrrr.
