I have to say this and yesterday interaction was exceptional service especially for our current climate. I don't know all the employees names but I will shout out everyone that was a part of changing my views on hone depot especially this location. Use my phone number to track my orders and maybe you guys can let the known and unknown employees how grateful anf thankful I am anf blessings from GOD to them and their family. The first person is the curbside service from a young man who brought me the order 218405489. The color was incorrect and he happily assisted to find a resolution even when the supervisor was sarcastic. Thank you the change in my opinion of the store started there. The other is after spending 2-3 days on hold with the chat app. Cassandra assisted me with honesty and substituted items needed immediately because of the time sensitive nature. She did it respectfully thank you. After that a mistake was made by myself and Julie the manager assisted me by calling me back when requested and resolve immediately on the telephone. She transfered me to another young lady to make payment and she was also polite and professional assisting me quickly and correctly. These two cut off a potential dissatisfied customer because the person who answered didn't let me tell him the reason for my call he assumed based on single words I could get out as he didn't allow me to speak. He seemed flustered which made him inconsiderate. Upon completing that part of the day I received my pickup timely and correct. I do not know this young man's name either but he also provided exception curb side service. He confirm and made multiple trips to correct and ensure everything ordered was received for order 218927980. Thank you all. Thank you all and, blessing to you and your loved ones.
