I came in purchase an OPUS pass. The cashier was terrific, there was a misunderstanding and I requested a refund. She called in the assistant manager, Kathleen Gonzalez to get permission. The assistant spoke to me with such belittling arrogance and rudely told me to contact STCUM for a refund. I told her during COVID that I will not go to BERRI asI try to limit my use of public transport. She said "too bad, no refund" and walked away. I was shocked. This lady should not be working with the public at all. This is no time to treat people with disrespect. If this is the Pharmaprix policy of customer service , then Pharmaprix is not doing a good public service. The cashier was polite , and very understanding and patient with the customer.
