Checked website and drove from Oliver to Penticton as a good selection was available. The one we wanted was out of stock but we were told they would arrive within a couple of days. PAID for the fan with an avalable date of Aug 3. I called on Aug 4 and was told there havent been and and wouldnt n 2021 AND if I wanted my money, I would have to drive again to Penticton to get it. Selling what you dont gave is dishonest at best.

Bought flooring and paid for delivery. I was told I would be contacted by the delivery people prior to delivery so I would be present for delivery and to open up our home. I was also told an estimated delivery time. Guess what. No phone call. Delivery time was nowhere near the estimate and the delivery was dumped a long way from our house.
