Bought a snowblower here back in December. When I tried to assemlble it found a couple of things that did not match the manual. The shoot base had been turned away from the described position. There was also oil in the engine, despite the manual reminding that oil had to be put in before starting. Worst of all the cable that shifts the transmission was broken. I went to the store (3 times) and was told a part time employee would look after my problem. Two months later still no cable! Just got back from another visit. Poor customer service here.
