I went to this store today (4/12/19) to buy a 75 halogen light bulb, which I satisfied with the product. However, I was totally dissatisfied with the method of lining up to pay. You have two cashiers manned by Brandon T and Vicky. I did not realized there are two lines for two cashiers. As a norm in Walmart, Winners and all other department stores, I lined in the mid of the line waiting for either one of the cashiers to free up. Suddenly there are 3 people lining up in front of me. They said there are two lines instead of one as there are 2 cashiers. And one of your cashiers Brandon voiced that there are 2 lines. Eventually these 3 people including other two customers who served by Vicky left and I am still waiting. You know why, it is because your cashier Brandon was so clumsy and slow in serving the customers in front of me and it led me wait for almost 15 minutes because I was the 2nd customer in line, why I should line up again to the cashier served by Vicky. This is absolutely unacceptable. Either Brandon should ask for help if he cannot manage the 1st customer, or he shut up and let it be one line up only. Please consider to review your policy in your store.
