Went here for 'flat' paint. I pried a square off my plaster wall for a colour match. Returned (with difficulty) an 'eggshell' paint that a friend picked up for me even though the owner said I could exchange the paint for 'flat' when I called the store. The paint person said she wouldn't do it because my friend couldn't reach me when he tried to get approval for the paint purchase. He wasn't calling me about the paint sheen, but the cost. The paint person spoke to me like I was an idiot, but exchanged the paint. Sure, I am no expert paint person, but I learned fast that the 'velvet' paint given in exchange for the 'eggshell' is not 'flat' either. How can they get it wrong 2x? This is not a buyer beware issue. I feel insulted and plan to never return. I hope they read this, so they will know.
