I call and ask for pharmacist Ramen and they have me holding for ever. I am not able to speak to her at all on the phone, because they put me on hold and she never comes to the phone anymore. I have to come to the pharmacy to be able to talk to her about my mom’s medications and diabetes supplies. It did not used to be this frustrating before, but Raymond and Daisy no longer work in this pharmacy and since the staff change/turnover it is hell!
