Doctor faxed my prescription. Went to the pharmacy 36 hrs later to pick-up and was told that they hadn't had time yet to fill the prescription. Have been a customer with them for over 30 years. I can assure you I will be giving my business elsewhere. I buy alot more than just getting prescriptions filled at this location. The last few years have been horrible service. I'm sure other pharmacies will be happy to get me as a client to shop at their location.

Pretty bad customer service here. Twice I went in for a script refill and twice staff( 2 different ppl) was just not helpful. The place was not busy and upon arrival was told that a fax for a refill had not been recieved. I was told they would call tomorrow morning as nothing is open today. ( this was great!) but as I only have a few days left and I'm working every day and stores are operating in reduced hours getting things is difficult so I mention the office is open today(a holiday) so he said ok you can call them then. It went from accommodating to not in a matter of seconds. The first time I went in I was told I couldn't get a script bc it was not essential ( according to the workers personal opinion) FYI your personal opinion should not factor in when a paying customer requires assistance. Especially if the medication is a life preserving medication and not a controlled or addictive forming kind. This is the last time I'll be going in that shoppers in Elmwood Moncton. I under stand it is most the pharmcys fault the script didn't fax in from the office. But the fact that something as small as making a call on behalf of the customer to not going to do it makes a BIG difference. And I know the difference in the worker doing it or not doing it came down to their personal opinion of either or not the life that was going to get the meds just didn't seem important enough to them. Again there is no room for personal opinion in regards to customer service
