Terrible check out. Went today and wanted to cash out with cashier. Was asked if I was paying by debit or credit. When I said debit she told me to use the self checkout. I don’t like using them but had no choice. She stood there the entire time and watched me and talked with another cashier. I had trouble scanning my coupon and another cashier came and assisted me while the other one walked away. I will never go back to this Shoppers again

I was in shoppers today in Napanee looking at makeup and the woman working in that department came up to me and said “ I’m sorry it’s not seniors day today”.,! I completely took total offence to that comment. I am 49 years of age. That is definitely NOT good customer service and since that incident neither I or the friend I was with will never go back into that store again. And I have recently told everyone I know in this town .
