Yesterday I had my shopping hating husband drop into the Napanee Walmart to pick up a wax warmer that was only available there. He couldn’t find the item on the shelf, so he approached a service representative, which he never does, to enquire about the item. He gave her the Walmart code for the item and then proceeded to look for the item. She thought it might still be in storage in the back and requested another associate to assist her. A little time later she returned with two of the item! My husband came home with such praise for the customer service given by Sandy! Please recognize Sandy and the other associate for their exceptional service! Thank you for making his shopping experience so enjoyable!
