Good shopping area. It would be nice to have Superstore, Canadian Tire, and drug stores like Shopper’s or London drugs. It will be busier the next years to come as it has lots of developing communities just beside it so this justifies the need for more shopping areas.

What a great asset to get a Lowes, Canadian Tire of Home Depot in this location. There is NOTHING like this in Chestermere. Closest relative store in near Sunridge. It's the one missing link!

Would be great to have a Superstore at East Hills location. It will offer excellent grocery store option for the area residents. This would be a big benefit to the proposed large residential developments in the area. No Frills in Chestermere is not big enough and has less choice.

I use this shopping centre often. The Walmart clientele is growing so fast and there is no new home development yet. I live at 5 minutes from the mall and it takes me about 20 min if the traffic is not too bad. It’s such a bad road design because of too many traffic lights. Also at Walmart there is not enough parking.

I live close to this location and have been there before. The proposed stores are good but maybe not needed in the area.There is an EDO Japan very close to this location, probably don't need another and this business may struggle. It might not be your business model but I have to think that if you got a good understanding of the area and what residents may want it would help you and your tenants. Also the road system is terrible and I find this with a few Rio Can properties. Understanding what the traffic may be is really important. For instance the Costco gas station at this location backs up the main road quite a bit. I understand that land is expensive and dedicated runways would not be making money. But it would make the shopping experience better and more likely to see customers at the store locations.

Wish a large grocery chain like the Superstore were here as we have to go over10km to go to the nearest one. I find that I do not have to go anywhere else to shop except I wish I had more choice as to where I can get groceries.

Need a good restaurant like the Keg Needs a big grocery store like Safeway’s, Sobeys, or Co Op Really needs a Canadian Tire, Home Depot, or Lowe’s This is a fairly small mall with limited choices Best stores are Costco And Walmart The rest are a bonus, but can certainly use more retail stores

It would be nice to see something here like a Quesada, Popeye's or a vegetarian place. Something with a driv through for when you can't leave the car full of groceries would be awesome. I'd also like to see a gas station with a full convenience store eventually.
