-when I had asked if I could get a refund for what I didn't receive, she told me she couldn't do that and went on to serve the next customer.

One of the ladies there was taking my order and kept getting my order wrong, then acted like I was being rude when calmly correcting her. I would have been satisfied if that was all that happened, but I also ordered an item from the display that previously had plenty. While waiting for it, they took the tray of them to the back. When I got my other items, I said I had ordered that item as well and the same lady that took my order said they were-

tried to ring my order but till lady kept interrupting and correcting my request! Stating instead of this next time order it like this! How the heck would I know you guys have coding system on your till?! She should’ve listened! I was in the middle of my order. She kept stating “anything else for you?” when I’m not done yet! She was like a broken music box!!! Stop repeating “anything else for you”. It’s annoying!!!
