So yesterday I had taken my younger brother to the barber to get a haircut, I had specifically said make his hair short and then left. But when I came back his hair was a complete mess even he was crying and he knew it was messed up so we went back to the barber shop and asked if she could touch up on his hair because clearly she did it completely wrong. So when we asked to touch up on it she said your going to pay extra which made no sense since she ruined his hair after that she started yelling at my mom and arguing with her so we ended up leaving. But the fact she had no empathy towards a little kid was very rude. Please look into this thank you so much. The women was an Asian she looked like she was around her 40s and she wore a little beanie type hat. We also have her name.

Service sucks at high street location.. none of employees know how to deal with clients. Just a money Graber, if you say fix my hair if any thing go wrong — they just do not come here. Frustrated employes.. I had exp time 2:30pm ticket no: 20 . Date : July 28, 2018
