I have grown my beard out for the last 6 weeks and looked forward to getting it professionally trimmed and shaped. I was disappointed to hear from the hair dresser that she could not do my beard due to covid and me having to keep my mask on. Fair enough. But why the hell who she then proceed to run the sheers under my mask and shave off my beard. I am on a video conference call tomorrow and I look like a clown. Most of the beard has been removed except for around my mouth. On top of that my hair cut is nothing short of pathetic. I have horns sticking out the side of my head. I am so embarrassed to go on video. I have a hard time believing she is actually a professional. obviously I will never visit your establishment again and will be sure to tell others. I will gladly provide a photo should you for one minute think I am even slightly exaggerating. Disappointed and honestly quite angry! Steve
