Usualy i go to this location for a coffee or a snack. No complain until tonight, when a young new boy employee was very rude. I had only 100$ bills cash and he said he wouldnt accept 100$bills. So far so good for me. Told him i ll go quick to change the 100 and be in a second. Meanwhile he said he will start doing my frapucino. Went quick to LaSenza to change and went back. Was no costumer in line. Went to pay, he was washing a cup or something, after he did something else...i told him that i came back ....meanwhile a person came in line in front of me. He came and told me to go back in the line- very rude and after he s going to take my order. Told him "hey we just talked seconds ago and came to pay the frapucino". He is rude and reminds me that the line is there and anyways they didnt start preparing my frap because he didnt know for sure if i am coming back. I was just...wow....rude unpolite and...not even to appolagize..or something... Incredibile!
