I had a problem with charging my old Toshiba Satellite laptop and they fixed it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Another issue occurred when I got the computer home and they then fixed that issue in one day and didn't charge ne anything for the second repair - that is what I call great service and will use them in the future for any computer related issue.
