I asked this the end of November for information pertaining to my line of credit it took 2 plus weeks to get it than transferred to another department were every week for 3 weeks I got a call from the rep. Asking for one more week each week without results suddenly the calls just stopped I still got no info and nobody is calling back! Very very frustrating!
