Drove all the way to Vaughan Mills to get a special lotion for my Mother. Once I got there and couldn't find it - I called them to be told that they are no longer there at Vaughan Mills because their lease expired. I told him that I drove a long way to get here - no response. So I go to their website only to see that they want to soak me for $12.50 shipping. You think they would have offered to at least pay for my shipping due to their failure to update their website that says they are at Vaughan Mills. What an awful way to drive away customer loyalty.
