I'm disappointed I can't call my local store to speak with someone. I feel you will lose many customers with your phone system and online sites.

It is really annoying when a customer can't actually talk to a real person at one of your stores. I hate that you ave to do everything on line. I just wanted to check the availability of an item and couldn't actually talk to a person. So very frustrating..
