Just wanted to give a shout out to Swapneel, one of the TV sales specialists at the Charlottetown store. I can't say enough about his great customer service. He took his time to make sure that I was happy with my online order and explained everything possible about each tv and stereo system. It was what I needed...someone who knew the equipment but took his time and didn't pressure me. He knows his stuff! Great job!

I ordered a set of Apple AirPods Pro on July 3 online ,paid by Credit Card and they were supposed to be delivered to my home at 58 Jillian Dr, Cornwall PEI & I have not received them .
