(2/5) Denying service to customer is shameful

I was in the Brockville store and was very concerned when you denied service to a woman because she was unable to wear a mask in your store. The staff was rude and did not listen to the woman. They only told her she must wear a mask. This is completely unacceptable. Some people are not able to wear masks for very good reason. Your store is plenty big enough to allow customers room to social distance. There is absolutely no reason why this woman should have been denied service. She said she only wanted to grab something quickly. I was very hurt on behalf of this woman. She also said she had a medical condition which prevented her from wearing a mask. Where is compassion for people who cannot wear masks? People should not have to beg for service. I am ashamed of your staff and store. Please do better.
