Customer reviews for Sephora in Chinook Centre

(1/5) Worst Sephora I've ever been

By  on Sep 19, 2016

So I intended to shop at this location when I went to chinook, however I received the worst customer service ever. There's this tall gay guy who approached me and asked if I needed help, I told him no because I knew exactly what I was looking for, which is the usual case scenario when you go inside a store. What I did not expect is that he stood beside me while I was looking for make up products. Little did they know that a friend was there with me, and that friend told me that the guy was not only following me but looking at me and talking to his walkie talkie the entire time. So at that moment, I'm assuming that he thought I was a shoplifter, now I looked back and remembered that I TOOK OUT MY PHONE IN MY BAG INSIDE THE STORE before I even went to the product I was looking for. Which is hell of a lot CRAZY because the staffs assumed that I shoplifted something just because I TOOK OUT MY DAMN PHONE!!! Is that the way you treat a potential customer???
