Purchased 3 items yesterday on Dec. 9th for a total of $56.67 which I returned today Dec. 10th untouched still in a Hallmark bag for a refund. The clerk (older lady with long hair) said we do not give refunds only store credit or exchange. I had my M/C receipt but according to her I also needed my itemized receipt which I did not receive on purchase. According to her there's was nothing she can do for me or wanted to. Very disturbing. ?????
