Was at the mall with my 12 year old daughter and saw the sign for a $20 manicure. Sure, why not, take my daughter for her first manicure. We get in and the man there says “gel $25”. Some kind of better manicure? Beats me. But fine, upsell me $5. Whatever. Finished the job and they rang me up for $36.75 - and asked how much I wanted to tip! They swore the guy said $35 (heavy Thai accent), I was sure he said $25. Argued for 30 seconds then gave up.
