Customer reviews for Fone 11 in Coquitlam Centre

(1/5) Bad Customer Service, Bad Experience.

By  on May 14, 2016

They replaced the LCD screen on my iPhone. The screen wouldn't work and after they replaced it my headphone jack stopped working as well. I went back to explain that the headphone jack didn't work and they insisted the two weren't related. The touch screen stopped working as well so I went to get it replaced again. Thankfully they replaced it without hesitation, i'm assuming because this has happened to others before. Very bad costumer service, never once did they explain why the first screen replacement didn't work, they said that the screen replacement would take an hour, it ended up being a two hour wait. After the second time my screen was replaced, my headphone jack "coincidently" started working.
