GETTING RID OF ALL YOUR STORES WAS A VERY POOR DECISION WONT BUY IF I CANT TRY. THIS WAS THE BRAND I ALWAYS BOUGHT BUT NO MORE....SO VERY SAD

I am missing having a naturalizer shoe store to shop in. I have difficulty getting shoes because I am a size 5 and most stores start at a 6. If I order online and they don't feel right how do I ship them back or is there somewhere I can take them back in Richmond, B.C. or Vancouver, or Tsawwassen? Thank you for your reply.
