Sitting in the office for an hour waiting for the dentist to arrive. We are the only people in this office waiting room. Also, scheduling our appointments without our participation is not okay. When these Dentists ARE here, they are really great. I just wish my mom would find a new dentist.

I had neglected my teeth for years. I was already ashamed and embarrassed going to previous detests, only to be scolded for my condition. I met Dr. Chaaban at my lowest. He saw me that day as an emergency patient. My absence was so bad I was concerned about permanent damage. The ladies in the office welcomed me in and made me at home when I'm sure they knew how uncomfortable I was.... I have had a "thing" with dentists. Dr. Chaaban worked on me without judgments or prejudice. For the first time ever, i walked out of a dentist office wanting to come back!! These folks will help me get the smile I deserve!!
