Got overcharged went back the next day and toys r us moved all the generation dolls so only some tags were left up. Stated my case and was denied my refund from being overcharged. It’s too bad I spent over three hundred dollars this Christmas there instead of Amazon.

There has never been a time that I’ve gone to my Thunder Bay store that I’ve not felt welcomed and appreciated. I have 4 children..before covid, we were there for every play day and just every second day or so in general with birthday parties and such (well, at least once every two weeks) The staff...I love them! All the staff are just sooo amazing, always stop to say hello and see the kids and ask if I need any help at all with what we’re trying to find...and they know I’m the price matching queen and don’t begrudge it like a lot of other stores do! I always leave this place with a smile, from the floor associates to the cashiers to the managers, no place I’d rather go, than to one that welcomes my family with open arms!:)

I went to buy early Xmas gifts. I was helped promptly. I then had a problem at the cash. She called a manager who dealt with it quickly. Thanks. I will shop there again

Toys r us Windsor Ontario We placed an order on line and had a few problems when it arrived. I called the store in Windsor and spoke to David. He was very courteous, and understanding. He solved my problem amicably. With all that they have undergone with the covid19 restrictions everyone I have spoken to at this store was extremely friendly and problem solving. I think kudos should be given to the store managers Meaghan & Darlene. Everything stems from the top. So thankyou to all for your friendly and helpful service.
