Some girl in H&M service department is very rude and has no respect for customer. I will not come back to buy anything from this company again.

I bought 8,9 items online. And that time it was on sale but no where mentioned that it final sale. I’m a member as well. 3 item size are big to me. When I’m trying to get exchange not even return. They are not ready to do it. So stupid. In store we are not allowed to try, and we cannot exchange or return. Waste of time to buy here. Those 3 items are no use to me Bcz of big size. Better to not even buy. Waste of money. Highly disappointed.
