I frequently visit garden city Winners , always seem to get snarky comments from the manger , she has even refused returns from other locations since she didn’t think she’d have room for article or be able to sell it at her store . I wish she’d realize she doesn’t actually own it ! She should be watching the frequent crime in her store more then being rude to paying polite customers !

Over the past few days I was at the Laugheed Highway Marine Drive and Park Royal. I love to shop at these stores and I missed them during the past few months. I like how everything is more organized and calmer. My only problem has been and still is with the cleanliness of the floors. More specifically floor corners/edges and the base boards, especially in the washrooms. They are always filthy and have years of build up on them. It makes me sick to my stomach just to look at them. The rest of the floors are clean and shiny. It is obvious that their cleaning contractor is not detail oriented. In this COVID-19 era the total cleanliness is very important. It is not enough that the management and the day staff do excellent job, the evening cleaning crew needs to step it up.
