Worst customer service I have ever had. My husband returned product and because he didn’t have the my card(he had his which is the same account), they made him take a gift card. Used my gift card and tried once again to return stuff that took 3 weeks to get, they wouldn’t take my e- receipt, but they could process if I took another gift card. Funny thing, several other store will take a return without the exact card. I will not shop there again. They never shopped promptly and their return policy is terrible.
