I purchased a bag online, not realizing this archaic company still uses real leather. I emailed and called a few hours later to cancel, which they refused, although it wouldn’t be processed to ship for the next 48hrs. Now they’re making me wait until it’s processed, shipped, received, to then go to the outlet to return it. I would have cancelled this order and bought something else when I felt like it. Now I won’t be buying Coach again.

If you have the DETACHABLE tag, you cannot return or exchange it. I wanted an exchange, same colour, more expensive, and would switch the tag to the new purse. NOT ALLOWED! Makes no sense. Won’t shop there again. If you want customer service, go elsewhere!
