I received a gift from my husband purchased at this store. The product was inferior and because the box was opened, I was unable to receive a credit note, refund, or an exchange. How is one to know the product was inferior if the box was not opened??? I was unable to use the product and my gift was wasted. Not only is their company policy unfair to customers their staff is unprofessional. As I was leaving the cash desk, one staff member praised the staff member I was dealing with a job well done within my earshot. Not only did I leave the store unhappy and dissatisfied, I also felt what transpired was a stand-off.
