I had such a bad experience with the customer service in this place. You cannot even voice out what you need to get fixed without them speaking in their language to another employee to i guess complain about you. They keep insisting to wait for the service to be done but when it was done u couldnt tell them what u are not happy about because they dont want to fix it.

My mother had a pedicure here in mid August and has had problems with an ingrown toe nail since then. Cause- badly cut nail. I went there with my mother a few days ago to speak about the issue. There was no acknowledgment of guilt, no apology. Caution to everyone: think twice about using this place. IF you do, have your toe nails cut straight, or you will end up with a lot of pain, suffering and costs (OHIP does not pay for treatment).

I went for a manicure and to have my stalactites polish removed. The girl used a mini grinder to remove myshalac BUT, she did way to much grinding and my fingers were burning. Now I cannot grow my nails because they are so thin and damaged. They don’t know what they are doing.

I tried this place out yesterday and I was literally wanting to kick myself for not getting up and leaving. It is soo dirty in here. They do not clean the arm rests of chairs. It had filth left right and center. The tools she used - omg. I cant believe how dirty they were. It had previous client dead skin in there. I just closed my eyes and prayed that I would leave without an infection and promised never to come back again. Sorry for this

I had my eyelashes done & I was in pain from the second she was done. I paid for it, then walked out to my car & was in excruciating pain. I waited till the following morning to see if the pain would go away. IT DIDN'T!!! My boyfriend rushed me to the hospital. The glue the girl used for my eyelashes scratched my retna!!!! I was in so much pain. I had to have a patch over my eye & put antibiotic drops in my eye for over a week. I had to go back to the eye specialist, and she had to remove all my eyelashes, which in turn, removed most of my own lashes. Just a disaster right from the start. Any other services I have had done here has been great. Never again for the lashes though.

I was also over charged, I think she took her tip in advance, and when I called them to inquire about the girl hung up on me! Never go there. There is another nail salon across the street!

The workers have bad treatment to the clients and always in rush which result in bad results!! As well as they take money more than what's written on the board!! They're taking their tips in advance!! Never going back again
