The Women working here including Tadesha the manager and Florence working at self checkout were not helpful at all and were rude when I asked them for help in finding a product.

When you go there they only hired their own people from their country.. You ask them what to put on the resume, they stare at you not knowing what position they have done. They can't tell you who is the manager in person or what their own position it.. Why use resume if your own people are always gonna get the job over everyone else... The area is multi-cultual and everyone needs a job they need to give other people from cultural backgrounds a change just like and a who gave them a chance to be here and work. I just think it send the wrong message to people when they are look work, because you don't know how to approach people or have a decent conversation.. The interpersonal interaction is poor and you are working in a setting which you are there to serve the public.... They need to address this issue at this location.. The manager is not looking out for the interest of others but their own people from their own country. This makes me very sad.

this store cares nothing for its customers. It is an overcrowded poorly managed store. N Today, numerous people were not wearing masks. There were approximately 15 people in the lineup to pay. One old gentleman took his mask OFF so he could sneeze more easily. Even though it is my local Dollarama, I will NEVER enter it again.
