I went to use the back entrance so I could grab some dinner to go after work. I wasn’t allowed in and told it was too busy and I would have to park somewhere else and walk back. After 20 mins sitting in traffic I made it to the entrance off 5 road and it was not busy in the parking lot at all. I decided to take my business somewhere else since they obviously don’t want people to stop and spend their money there. Good luck to the shops, hope you can stay in business if your customers can’t use your parking lot!

Why are the barracades up and when i want to send my staff to the bank they cannot get thru to park. i understand there are some issues sometimes but to have them up at 2 pm is nuts.....i have cmplained to the city of richmond as well......i am sure there is another answer.
