Park Lane is owned by Crombie REIT (formerly Atlantic Shopping Centres, then Crombie Properties), it is a real estate investment trust which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and is based in Stellarton, Nova Scotia. This mall is ideallly situated on Spring Garden Road at the foot of The Halifax Citadel, just a block away from the Victorian Public Gardens. Park Lane offers 600 parking places.
