Called with a quick question about neededing contacts, I was told that it could be done and the new prescription will be sent in the morning. By the next afternoon I called and they forgot, then they assured me they would call back never did. Called for the final timing saying they are confirming the cost for the exam (that i never asked for or needed). After that they have never responded to me over a week late.
