The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to deliver a refrigerator but the truck was damaged and would not open. They rescheduled delivery twice knowing full well the truck is in the repair shop. Inconveniencing everyone in my condo and wasting your money on plumbers/electricians. No one returns phone calls; and when you do connect they only submit tickets and circulates you around departments that gets you nowhere. The worst!

Totally unimpressed with the customer service. Everything seemed to be going well but then notified that the dryer would require another 2 weeks before it would arrive. Should have been picking it up already, but now they're telling me towards the end of April. Almost 2 months to get a dryer???? When you buy a set, you expect to get the set but they fail to reply to emails and leave you hanging. Unless in stock, probably would avoid.
