I purchased a stove and fridge on my account JAN 19 at your store. For several reasons they were returned 5 days later. I was assured everything would be corrected and my account would be amended. IT was not. I received a late payment statement on 11 march 19. I went to your store 12 mar 19 and had customer service fix the MESS. I was charged $446.82 re-stocking fee. I am not impressed with this situation in that my credit rating can be affected and that your store did not file the REFUND paper work nor advise me that I needed to do any follow up. I feel that charging me with a RE-STOCKING FEE after all this is WRONG. I await your response.
