I went into the store today to ask about a tile saw that was on sale, the overweight idle member of staff stood propping up the pro desk responded with the following " do you have a sku or should I just take a guess?" An absolutley appalling way to speak to a customer, I'm guessing being dragged up in this city and having to wear a pinny to work with your name written in marker pen takes its toll on you as a person but hey, it's really not my fault that's all you amounted to in life! Maybe the management there could be a little more selective in their hiring process.
