On Tuesday, May 19th, 2020 I made a Home Depot ONLINE purchase of over$700.00. On Wednesday I tried phoning them because the very next day Reno Depot had the same product on sale for $50 less. After numerous times I finally reached the RenoDepot customer online service. They told me to send them a photo of said product, which I did immediately. After that it was IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. I left phone messages, emails many, many times and never got a response until an email was sent to me on JUNE 2nd saying my order had been CANCELLED!!!!!!! There was no phone call to me made nor any explanation or apology in the email. Online Customer Service is very POOR!!! I was very upset and went to the Home Depot store in Anjou to see if they could help me. I was so pleasantly surprised. I met with rhe Directrice Clair Bush who excelled in her position. She was clearly understanding and solved the problem within 15 minutes! My order was delivered the very next day! Clair Bush is an outstanding employee whose first and foremost objective is to satisfy the customer. The establishment got it right in making her the Directrice, she is an AWESOME employee!
