This location has the rudest, very incompassionate employees. They are only interested in taking your money but are not interested in returning items that were not suitable, even if it is for health reasons. The manager/supervisor or could be the owner, at this Home Hardware location is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. Will not be visiting this store ever in the future.

I called ahead to confirm that shower cartridges were available for exchange. Both HH and H Depot have this agreement with Moen. If you don't know, once a cartridge has been removed, no water in your house an be used. (We have a duplex) I parked and waited due to covid protocols. Jake came out and took a picture to confirm which of the two models it was. I waited quite sometime without issue of course bc of the Pandemic. Jake walks up and says "we don't have any" and walks away. I said "hold on, could you call the other store to confirm (bc we were in the midst of a snow storm) and he said care free "No!" And continues towards the door. I asked what his name was and said proudly "I don't have to tell you my name" and went inside. I sat and started calling the store and spoke to a Manager, while at the same time a lady came out and told me that they would have cartridges tomorrow. I of course had the opportunity to tell the story and get the person s name. If I had wanted to be spoken to that way, I would go to Home Depot and not HH. I didn't put in a worse rating only because how great the people were at the Park St store. Damn kid , you are lucky to even have a job and you certainly shouldn't be working there!

I attended this store early this morning to purchase ammonium diphosphate, The clerk I approached stated that the brewing section was his domain and that he had not been able to get this product for 6 years. When I advised him that my friend had just bought it there 2 days ago, he claimed, "it couldn't be here". I browsed the shelves after he left and sure enough, there was a stack of ammonium diphosphate packages. As I was heading for the checkout, we crossed paths again and I asked him about the package I had in my hand and why he would say he couldn't get it. I had him read the clearly marked contents on the label and he replied, somewhat arrogantly, that he called it "yeast nutrient". I'll give the store 1 star for having the product.
