Waiting 2 months on a refund for a bed they recommended and then sold me. Problem is they never had that bed in stock to begin with. The manager Ray lied multiple times saying they sent a check but the customer service line contradict this. It's been a long two month battle and every time I call it's a different problem. They're holding my money hostage and have me calling on a daily basis with no progress so far. Someone help!
